DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

No appointments needed. Just walk-in. Anytime during store hours. 

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE WHAT I WANT?

If we don't have it, we can find it. And if we can't find it, we can make it. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PIECES?

Many times our orders can arrive next day. Special orders for customized rings made from scratch can take up to 3-4 weeks. 

HOW LONG DO REPAIRS TAKE

Often, we can perform simple repairs while you wait,  even while you watch. Typically not longer than one week.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

While special orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, all in stock purchases can be returned for 100% cash back within 30 days of purchase, and 100% exchange within 90 days of purchase.

WILL MY JEWELRY BE SENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION?

Your jewelry never leaves the safety of our store. All jewelry repairs and customizations are performed on site. 

WILL MY JEWELRY HAVE A WARRANTY?

All jewelry repairs, with few exceptions,  have a full year's guarantee. At the same time,  we encourage regular inspections,  every 3-6 months,  with common sense care and maintenance of your jewelry. Any exceptions will be declared before you take your finished repair home. 

WHAT IF I CAN'T AFFORD IT?

If you can't afford it right now, we offer layaway, as well as in store financing thru Heights Finance, for qualified buyers.
